To support Holaspirit’s development in Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

As DACH Sales Executive, you will work with Sales Team Lead to establish the business and increase sales in these three markets.

Motivated, autonomous, organized and showing initiative, you will be required to :

  • Identify target customers, prospect Key Accounts, seeking to understand their business, in order to propose a project adapted to their needs.

  • Organize your prospecting schedule and appointments, optimizing your travel time.

  • Draw up technical bids, negotiate, conclude and monitor projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Develop your customer portfolio and build loyalty by ensuring that orders and business in progress are properly processed.

  • Ensure regular reporting of your sales activity via the CRM tool and your Manager

  • Be attentive to your market, keeping an active watch on competition and technical developments


Profil recherché

The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales (full-cycle), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
With conviction, curiosity and organization, you want to be part of an entrepreneurial adventure!

  • Skills: C2 English level a must-have & German a nice-to-have

  • Good knowledge of the DACH market

  • SaaS world or in an international environment) with a Master / MBA degree in marketing or sales

  • Qualities: Persuasiveness, curiosity, organization.

  • Willling to travel 30% of your time; mainly in DACH region
