The position

Job description

As an International Sales Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing, you will engage with prospective clients, build strategic partnerships, and nurture relationships to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively prospecting and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conducting market research to identify key trends, competitors, and potential clients.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Utilizing CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand awareness.

  • Be attentive to your market, keeping an active watch on competition and technical developments


Preferred experience

  • Master’s/MBA degree Marketing, Sales, Business Administration preferred.

  • C2 proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus.

  • Proven track record of success in sales development, business development, or account management, preferably in the SaaS industry or international environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With conviction, curiosity and organization, you want to be part of an entrepreneurial adventure.

  • Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities.
