We are seeking, for our headquarters in Saint Germain en Laye, a motivated and talented Inside Sales Representative to support and expand our growing market in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BUSINESS CONTEXT:
• The job involves managing a wide range of products that require diverse scientific knowledge and must be tailored to meet the needs of customers.
• The work takes place in a large, multicultural environment that covers a territory spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• The position is sedentary and based in Saint Germain en Laye office.
• It is essential that the incumbent understands and follows the company’s procedures and ensures GDPR compliance in all aspects of their role.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
• Achieve the sales budget by maintaining the current sales level and also by increasing sales from both existing and new accounts within the defined project and/or territory. This will be done through customer phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will also work closely with the existing sales channels of the company.
• Find, explore, and close new business opportunities in both new and existing accounts using specific tools like scientific literature, LinkedIn, etc. You will also refer to additional resources such as documented sales calls, contacts, emails, invoices, technical requests, webinar attendees, sample requests, customer referrals, and live chat. Other alternative sources or resources can be used as well.
• Successfully implement and execute company sales strategies and tactics that will require both individual efforts as well as coordinated efforts with the appropriate sales channel.
• Implement effective sales techniques used by the organisation, mainly by telephone, email, and live chat.
• Ensure full transparency of customer information and sales opportunities throughout the organisation by updating and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Report to internal stakeholders about market feedback, competitors, and sales activities through regular reporting (using CRM Dashboards)
• Understand the technical details of key products (new and existing) to efficiently communicate their advantages to existing and potential new customers by phone and/or email.
• Supply prompt communication and follow-up to customers; consistently meeting customers’ expectations.
• Provide innovative problem-solving approaches to address challenges met and sharing successful approaches with others.
• Additional duties as assigned.


Profil recherché

Education Requirement:
• MS or PhD, in Cell, Molecular Biology or related life science discipline
• Fluent in English, another language (included French) would be a plus

Experience Requirement
• At least 2 years lab bench experience in Cell, Molecular Biology, or related discipline
• Experience in a sales position (ISR or field sales representative) would be a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and if possible, with CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including phone, and cold calling skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
• Self-learner, sales oriented and autonomous
