▪ Meet your team and key stakeholders
▪ Share a fresh-eyes report on L&D activities, and propose your first insights and action plans for talent and development programs
▪ Smoothly take over the lead on the management and leadership journey for France and Brazil
📅 Expectations (6 months)
▪Design the next steps of the management and leadership journey and prepare roll out with key stakeholders
▪ Improve and animate our development framework and career philosophy
▪ Support and animate the integration with Bimpli on L&D programs
📅 Expectations (12 months and more)
▪ Iterate on our development framework and career philosophy to adjust according to business strategy and needs
▪ Prepare the future (geographical expansion, international mobility…)
▪ 8+ years’ experience in an international environment (Experience in Latam is a +)
▪ Good mastery on Learning & development programs, with focus on leadership and management and talent management programs
▪ Capacity to lead L&D projects but also produce learning content (e-learnings, curations, supports…)
▪ Creativity and innovation “with limited resources”
▪ Agility to deliver short term urgencies and long term objectives
▪ Employee-centric approach
▪ Interest (and nice to have : experience) in marketing L&D programs
