Your future missions will be focus on :

▪To act as the key finance person to support France business leaders in their departments

▪To lead periodic meetings with key stakeholders to reflect on financial performance and includes meaning commentary to support key decision-making

▪To provide main variances versus Plan and prior year performance, and provide projections of risk and opportunities versus prior Forecasts. You will also be asked to support and follow up on potential action plans.

▪To facilitate and produce relevant ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis

▪Partner with Accounting and Procurement in monthly close processes, and ensure financial controls

📅 Expectations (3 months)

▪ Support annual budget process with key leaders and stakeholders

▪ Suggest and incorporate best practices from your prior experience

▪ Smoothly transition to provide direct financial support of critical functions in the company

📅 Expectations (6 months)

▪Lead and facilitate Forecast and Budget cycles with specific leaders and departments

▪Enhance reporting and analyses for key internal stakeholders

▪Support strategy implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies & forecasts

✨It will be a perfect match if :

▪6-8 years of finance experience, with at least 3-4 in controlling, particularly in the preparation of reporting to management

▪Fluent in English

▪Baccalaureate degree

▪Ability to work in a fast pace company

▪Ability to work independently and seek innovative ways to creatively solve problems;

▪Strong focus and attention to detail;
