Swan is looking for a brilliant VP Finance to join its team (This is a new role at Swan!)

The VP Finance position is a crucial role in the rapid growth and expansion of Swan.

We are looking for a VP Finance who can think strategically, build processes and take ownership of the Finance function.

You will manage the Finance & Admin team (one person at the moment) and report directly to the CEO.

Finance

• Corporate financial management
• Accountability accuracy
• Regulatory reporting
• Financial reporting for the board
• Financial forecasts & budget
• Set up tools and indicators to report on the company’s financial situation

Internal control (20/30%)

• Financial control management
• Periodic control management

Banking operations

• Negotiations with Banks, Mastercard
• Capital and capital requirements calculation

Financing

• Contribute to non-dilutive funding processes (innovation, international expansion, local financing, etc.)
• Relationship with banks

Team management

• Manage our current Administrative Manager and her apprentice

• 5+ years of working experience as a Finance Manager / junior VP Finance in a fast-growth Tech environment or in a financial audit firm (on startup projects)
• An experience in an international / European environment would be a plus
• You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
