The Marketing and Product teams at Swan have the fun job of bringing our amazing product to life for prospects and customers. In this role, you will be at the heart of this. Working closely with marketing, product, and sales, you will lead on how we go to market with our products and how we best position them with our prospects and customers.

The company is growing quickly, and in this role you have the unique opportunity to build a product marketing engine that you will scale as we continue to grow. You’ll love creating exciting ways to share information about our product, and have the ability to clearly communicate what we do and turn insights into impact.

The first tasks you’ll focus on are:

  1. Reinforce our understanding of our customer verticals to build the most powerful messaging & positioning that clearly articulates Swan’s differentiation and value proposition

  2. Launch marketing initiatives to excite our audience about our product

Statement of Work

  • To design and execute go-to-market plans in strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Manager teams.

  • To develop a deep understanding of our segments to build the most powerful messaging & positioning that clearly articulates Swan’s differentiation.

  • To distill complex and broad concepts into simple, inspiring, and short content.

  • To create and deliver sales collaterals for sales and account management teams.

  • To build innovative and visual narratives that showcase the value and differentiation of Swan’s new and existing capabilities.

  • To share news about our products using typical marketing channels and exploiting new ones (Product newsletters, webinars, videos, etc.).

  • To stay up-to-date with customers’s needs, industry best practices and innovation to contribute to opportunity identification.


Profil recherché

You’re a great match if:

  • Proven track record in Product Marketing within a technology company, particularly in a dynamic setting such as a startup, scale-up, or a similarly fast-paced work environment. Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech companies is a plus.

  • You are a self-starter and can work with little (or no) guidance

  • You can easily work with multiple teams

  • You are enthused by the challenge of taking a complex technical product and making it exciting for both developers and a buying audience.

  • A love for rolling up your sleeves - Product marketing is a hands-on role!

  • Excellent working abilities in English

  • An interview with Claire, our Product Marketing Lead

  • A business case and peer interview

  • An interview with our VP Marketing
