⭐️We are looking for a super dynamic, energetic, and results driven Head of Growth to join our Marketing Team.

👉You will create, own and execute new B2B marketing programs that support the full sales cycle, driving pipeline growth and increasing overall demand and revenue.

👀You are someone that is excited to build a powerful lead generation machine around an enterprise SaaS product in a fast-growing company in a disruptive market. You need to be a data-driven and geek marketer, who is both strategic and creative.

Your responsibilities

[Lead Strategy] Build Supermood’s demand generation strategy. Collaborate efficiently with sales to define / refine lead scoring model and processes that streamline sales efficiencies. Experience with campaign performance optimization, funnel optimization, creating testing and ROI calculations.

[Pipeline Generation] Own, develop and manage complex multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, content, syndication, search, retargeting and social media) to identify, engage and convert prospects into marketing qualified opportunities in order to drive customers acquisition and engagement, grow business, revenue and ROI. Create content and assets necessary to drive interest, develop marketing collateral to support our campaigns.

[Lead Nurturing] Ensure new leads are properly nurtured and enriched (lead nurturing sequence). Enrich, update, score and flag a clean and rich passive leads database.

[Lead Tracking & Reporting] Measure, monitor, and optimize the performance of lead generation programs to achieve productivity and efficiency targets. Analyze lead data to find inefficiencies, to better understand all marketing channels’ performance in order to improve lead quality. Provide relevant and accurate reporting on all marketing channels’ performance.

[Lead Generation Market Knowledge] Serve as the team’s marketing automation expert. Stay up-to-date on best practices, platform updates, and marketing trends. Advice and share best practices and key learnings.


Profil recherché

😍Supermood values passionate, autonomous and cross-functional people who have the obsession to build a disruptive and unique positioning and to constantly go further to be as best as they can.

  1. 5+ years of demand generation experience from ROI-based Enterprise SaaS business, in managing paid lead generation campaigns. B2C doesn’t count.
  2. Deep knowledge of marketing automation strategies, tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot etc.) and processes, as well as CRM Systems.
  3. Analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts and assess the efficiency of marketing programs. People these days say “being data-driven”.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven and sometimes uncertain work environment that requires both agile short-term action and long-term strategic planning.
  5. Must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail as well as ability to multitask.
  6. Team-oriented, experience working with sales, product and marketing operations effectively, ability to work with and influence others in remote organizations.
