THE POSITION
As part of its development strategy, SUPERBIEN is looking for a Digital Producer (min. 5 years experience) to strengthen its teams.

The role of the Digital Producer within the studio is to manage, coordinate, strategize, and supervise the development of digital projects (physical and online), as well as participate in the R&D strategy within the CreaTech & Digital team.

This role combines project management functions with conception, creativity, vision to bring innovative interactive digital projects to life. The Producer is responsible for providing all the necessary conditions to take a project as far as possible creatively.

MAIN TASKS

• Manage ambitious and complex digital projects for the studio’s clients, from brief to delivery, using communication and time management skills.

• Ensure quality of production, on time and on budget.

• Maintain collaborative relationships and enable smooth and effective communication throughout the projects.

• Define the issues, constraints, risks and opportunities on its projects.

• Contribute to the vision of the trends and developments in the sector, while participating in the improvement of processes.

• Collaborate and facilitate exchanges with the project, creative and technical teams.

• Participate in the studio’s R&D according to the strategy and objectives defined with the CreaTech team and management.

• Participate in the development of works and/or proprietary products of the studio.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Proven experience on creative and technologically ambitious projects.

• Understanding of our clients’ strategic issues and ability to propose concepts that meet these needs, in collaboration with the studio’s creative and technical forces.

• Ability to lead productions, find solutions, untangle complex situations, and ensure the execution of projects in accordance with the studio’s requirements.

• Culture and curiosity about emerging trends in the digital world : new tools, technologies, devices…

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with teams and clients.

• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team as well as define objectives to be reached.

• Ability to keep track of project production costs and expenses with a view to profitability.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Experience on creative digital projects (including video and 3D processing, AR, VR, AI).

• Experience and good knowledge of real-time constraints (WebGL, Unity, Unreal…).

• Strong understanding of the creative process and design tools.

• Attention to detail and rigour in the finishing of productions.

• Very good written and oral communication skills, French and English.

Job type: Permanent contract.

Location: Paris 11 ème.

Salary: According to profile and experience.
