What you'll do
This is a hands-on accounting controller role combining accounting ownership, financial review, and direct operational execution. You will be a key contributor to the reliability of financial statements while actively participating in day-to-day accounting and AR operations. The role requires someone who is comfortable being close to the numbers, executing transactions, and ensuring consistency across systems. The role is designed for someone who is comfortable switching between transactional work and analytical review, and who wants exposure to a fast growing and international Finance organization.Accounting & Closing
Actively contribute to monthly and annual closing processes under French GAAP and IFRSReview, analyze and document P&L and Balance Sheet accountsPrepare, execute and/or control accounting entries (Payroll, Accruals, Revenue)Perform and document account reconciliations Ensure accuracy, consistency, and documentation of accounting recordsAct as a day-to-day counterpart to the Senior Accountant on accounting reviews and controlsActively execute Accounts Receivable transactional activities, including:Operational checks between Salesforce and NetSuiteValidation of consistency between Order Forms/SOWs and contracts/Sales OrdersSupport customer invoicing and AR reconciliations as part of the monthly closeCross-functional Collaboration & Process ImprovementWork closely with Senior Accountant, Accounting, FP&A and Finance Operation team Contribute to the continuous improvement of Accounting processesParticipate in Finance projects such as ERP optimization, Process automation, Scaling of accounting workflowsIdentify inefficiencies and propose pragmatic, scalable solutionsWho you are
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent3–5 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm and/or in-house accounting roleStrong knowledge of French GAAPGood understanding of IFRS (US GAAP is a plus)Solid exposure to AR and AP processesStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsFluent in English (written and spoken)Nice to Have
