We are looking for a smart and talented Operations Associate to join our Operations team. This team is already composed of 12 amazing members managed by Sarah Becker. Due to our strong growth, this number is likely to increase quite rapidly.
We are looking for someone who could start at the beginning of October and be available until the end of January 2024.
Please note that we are looking for someone who is available to work from Monday to Friday.
The Operations team is in charge of managing all operations carried out by Stockly throughout the supply chain. The team has a pivotal role in Stockly’s growth and has already successfully in improving all of our internal processes and relationships with our customers.
Over the past years typical missions of the team would include:
Communicate with our business partners (suppliers, marketplaces and carriers)
Investigate to find solutions and prevent problems from happening again
Handling final customer incoming requests

Quickly ramping up to be able to master all Ops tasks
Owning Operations Execution, with the rest of the team

You will have to resolve issues encountered by our partners and clients on a daily basis
You will work in cooperation with the Tech team to bring the best experience customer experience
You will be involved in long-term processes to change how Operations work at Stockly
