We are looking for a smart and talented Head of Finance, with 3-5 years of professional experience, to work along with the CEO.

Position

• Manage the yearly accounting, the quarterly and monthly unaudited accounts of the company.

• Prepare and update the quarterly and yearly budgets / Business Plan.

• Manage all financial declarations for the company.

• Manage all the legal corporate day-to-day (boards formalities, Assemblées Générales, BSPCE & cap-table update)

• Lead corporate projects such as the creation of subsidiaries.

• Manage applications for bank debt, funding requests, loans.
