Splio is a scale-up in the Martech industry with around 30 million ARR. It is headquartered in Paris and employs 220 people (with 90 within the Product and Tech department and across 4 offices (France, Spain, Italy, Tunisia).

In 2023, Splio acquired Tinyclues to integrate their predictive marketing into Splio's CRM and become the European leader in intelligent CRM, allowing brands to easily orchestrate highly personalized marketing at scale through AI.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our R&D team.

Your responsibilities

The SRE team is responsible for the availability of the platform, its evolution and securitization.

Joining the SRE team, you will report to the SRE Manager and will be in charge of the Splio Platform infrastructure, which is hosted on AWS, GCP, and a small portion of OVH.

Your objectives will be to automate platform deployment and help maintain platform evolution, scalability, and low infrastructure costs.

And more precisely, you will:

• create and deploy new solutions
• assure platform availability
• automate the platform’s deployment
• work with R&D and Product Management teams for the app’s deployment using CI/CD
• take the platform on-call every 6-8 weeks
• continually improve platform security: maintain accesses, apply updates, create secured architecture

Technical skills required

• Cloud: Good knowledge of GCP, Basic knowledge of AWS
• Terraform /Terragrunt
• Linux (Debian) / Open Source ADN
• Puppet
• BigQuery / MySQL/ Clickhouse/ Redis / PostGresSQL would be a plus
• Kafka / Pulsar
• Kubernetes & Docker
• CI / CD: Gitlab EE.
• Opensearch / Prometheus / Grafana

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the DevOps/SRE field.
• Strong experience using GCP: CloudRun, Composer, BigQuery, IAM.
• Willingness to progress on AWS
• Be curious and autonomous and like sharing knowledge with colleagues to define solutions.
• Great organisation skills
• Enjoy working in an Agile environment.
• Good English skills (speaking and writing)
