Descriptif du poste

We are looking for a RevOps Analyst to structure our sales processes, optimize our Revenue stack, and support our Partner, Sales, KAM, CSM, Marketing, and BDR teams in achieving their objectives.

Main Responsibilities :

Revenue Stack Management and Automation

  • Manage HubSpot daily operations including workflow and integration management, permissions, validation rules, fields, …

  • Implement simple automations to increase productivity

  • Promote and drive adoption of AI tools among sales teams

Data Reliability and Performance Management

  • Deploy data quality processes to ensure CRM data reliability and consistency

  • Define and track sales team performance KPIs: conversion rates, average sales cycle, pipeline value, new booking, churn, etc.

  • Build reliable reports and dashboards to analyze trends, track pipeline, and forecast performance

  • Contribute to sales strategy and pricing definition with the VP Sales

Process Structuring & Team Enablement

  • Define and clearly document key sales process stages (qualification, negotiation, closing…) as well as management rules such as qualification criteria for converting leads to opportunities or deal attribution and commission rules

  • Ensure ongoing team training, create and maintain best practice guides, manage process and rules documentation, and ensure adoption of defined processes


Profil recherché

  • 🎓 You graduated from a top engineering or business school 

  • You have initial experience in RevOps, Data, or Business Operations (1-2 years of experience) 

  • You are comfortable with data (Excel, BI tools, KPIs) and have hands-on experience with HubSpot 

  • You have an interest in automation, reporting, databases, APIs, etc. 

  • You are resourceful, curious, and proactive: you enjoy understanding, building, and solving problems 

  • You are rigorous, organized, and solution-oriented 

  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable challenging and engaging teams 

  • You are fluent in French and English
