Job Context
Within the Client Success team, you will support two Account Managers in managing and developing a portfolio of brands across various marketplaces.
As an analytical and operational support, you will actively contribute to the commercial performance of the brands by ensuring accurate monitoring of sales, margins, stock levels, and marketing actions.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze brand performance across marketplaces (sales, margins, return rates, stock levels, etc.).
Produce regular performance reviews aligned with key commercial periods (mid-season, end-of-season, Black Friday, etc.).
Create and maintain regular reports (internal and external) for Account Managers and partner brands.
Assist in preparing monthly and bi-monthly business reviews.
Build presentation decks and performance analyses in line with Account Managers’ strategic priorities.
Track key sales and profitability KPIs to support strategic discussions with brands.
Propose and monitor pricing during promotional campaigns in coordination with the Brand Account Managers (BAMs).
Track the implementation and performance of marketing campaigns across platforms (setup, reporting, and optimization recommendations).
Support the analysis and update of sales forecasts and delivery plans in collaboration with Account Managers.
Ensure accurate integration and updating of data within internal tools.
Analyze return rates by brand and marketplace.
Identify root causes and propose corrective actions to improve overall profitability.
Collaborate with Data Analysts and BAMs on projects to automate reporting and structure the roadmap for data and reporting needs.
Play an active role in the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, or account management (including internships or apprenticeships).
Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent command of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; comfortable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (native French or Spanish is a plus).
Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
