Reporting to the CFO, our future FP&A Manager (M/F) will be responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and management of the annual financial planning process, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.

  • Collaborate with operational managers to gather insights and build accurate forecasts.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Build and update the group’s consolidated P&L reporting based on accounting and financial systems.

  • Support the analysis of monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying variances from forecasts and explaining trends.

  • Help prepare financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to support understanding of business performance.

Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions.

  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to evaluate risks and opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with operational departments to understand their financial needs and support them in achieving their goals.

Reporting and Presentations:

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate complex financial results clearly and concisely.


Profil recherché

  • Higher education background (Business School or University), ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree in finance/management.

  • Proven experience of around 5 years in financial roles.

  • Prior experience in financial planning, financial analysis, or financial modeling.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Knowledge of accounting and financial systems (experience with Oracle/Netsuite is a plus).

  • Proficiency in IT tools, including spreadsheets and financial modeling software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Familiarity with the SaaS environment would be a strong asset.

  • French and English mandatory
