At SpaceFill we have a super ambitious goal. We want to make storing physical goods as simple as storing data in the cloud and transform the European logistics market. We want to transform one of Europe’s biggest market and help millions work smarter and more efficiently.

We just raised 7M€ and our objective is to grow exponentially in the coming months. This is why you will play a key role in the company’s sucess.

You will work in the marketing team directly with Corentin, Head of Marketing and Mai our Content Manager. You will also work closely with the sales team.

Your first mission will be first to identify, test and eventually own the channels that will make SpaceFill scale. You will also use your skills to bring impact to the whole organisation by helping improve processes and through special projects.

The following missions will evolve as a function of your interests and strenghts. We are looking for people that creates great things and we are helping them find where they are the best at.

Your missions might include :

  • Participating in creating our outbound lead generation strategy with the marketing & sales team
  • Owning outbound KPIs & processes and optimize them continuously
  • Owning the SDR playbook and lead outbound lead activation for the account executives
  • Helping sales & marketing teams better leverage tools, data and insights in their daily job
  • Optimizing our inbound lead generation channels (SEA, SEO, website conversion)
  • Deploying state of the art growth techniques and tool stack for SpaceFill
  • Driving global impact on the company by bringing your growth expertise to other department

Profil recherché

We are looking for people that have tremendous energy and that whish to build great things. We are affraid by immobility rather than failure. We want to create an environment in which people can learn and grow by giving their best shot at every project they tackle.

Must-have :

  • 2 (or more) years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company (but not a deal-breaker)
  • Proactive / empathetic energy
  • Creative: you can think out of the box
  • Customer centric
  • Willing to get your hands dirty, and quickly test new ideas
  • Some technical knowledge of growth techniques

Nice-to-have :

  • Data driven mindset
  • Excellent and concise written & oral communication
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in German

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. A 30 min call with Corentin (Head of Marketing)
  2. Business case at home where you will be offered to tackle one of our most pressing issues.
  3. Meeting with Maxime (CEO) and Corentin where you will present your business case
  4. Meeting with the other founders Gustave (CPO) and Quentin (COO)
  5. Spend a few hour at the office to meet the team
  6. Welcome to SpaceFill
