Responsibilities:

Within SBS, the NEO Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing and operating the Digital Banking Suite (DBS), ie. the front-end customer-facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels).

As a Product Manager at Sopra you will be devising strategy, developing product requirements, and overseeing execution. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You'd be joining a group of experienced Product Managers from different backgrounds who are building products to make customers & Sopra successful.

On a day-to-day basis you would spend your time split between external meetings with customers and internal discussions with your engineering, marketing, and sales counterparts. This role will provide the opportunity to develop the strategy for one of Sopra's digital products and get feedback on your plans directly from Sopra's leadership team.

Sopra product teams develop everything from our core APIs to extendable Employee Portal, to Dashboards, to mobile apps and consumer-facing products

Requirements :

* You have spent at least five years in product development, with years of experience specifically in product management
* You have mentored product managers, engineers, and designers in how to work together to build great products
* You have strong technical understanding and are able to deep dive in technical conversations with architects & developers.
* You have a good knowledge in the open banking domain and/or digital banking domain;
* You are familiar with the PSD2 European regulation (payment service directive 2);
* Having knowledge of other regulations / initiatives around open banking in other countries is a plus;
* You are familiar with new technologies and work methods (agile, devops, cloud, micro-services, APIs, etc.)
* You are an excellent communicator ; you are able to listen empathically, spot mis-communication, align people and drive results
* You know how to work in international teams in a context of strong growth and competition
* You are able to define a product vision, strategy and to inspire a team to make it a reality
* You are result-oriented and are able to solve complex problems
* You speak English fluently, French is a plus
