Under the supervision of the CEO, the VIE HR will make the link between the HR external partner in Hamburg, local Managers, and Head office in Paris on HR campaigns. The VIE will also be in direct contact with the employees, participating to the overall aim of providing services for appr. 40 employees.
With the support of HR branch locally and in Head office you will :
Role :
• Participate to the development of efficient and reliable HR process, in order to improve the employee journey and company efficiency
• Organize and follow up locally HR process: Recruitment, Onboarding, Training plan, Evaluation campaign ...
• Manage and implement the training plan in alignment with the established budget
• Provide the monthly HR FTE reports
• Conduct various analysis of reports : vacation, overtime, benchmarks ...
• Create and run workshops on dedicated topics
• Communicate internally on HR dedicated topics, and additional events
• Run self-responsible implementation projects
• Support your colleagues by administrating day to day issues
• Liaise with Head office in Paris
• Support the organization of Staff meeting
• Manage all subjects about Employer Branding in collaboration with the Marketing department
Et si c’était vous ?
Graduated with a Master degree from Engineering school, Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources and/or Process Management
A previous experience in HR would be appreciated
Experienced knowledge of a common process modelling methodology
Good analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient/Good command of MS Office
Fluent in English
German at least B1 Level

This VIE in Hamburg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 2-3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months with a realistic opportunity to extend to 24 months in total.
