Trainee will be a part of Securing Life Projects Tribe. The core business of the tribe consists of product development (deposits, investments, insurance products and pensions) and their fast delivery to the clients (via distribution network or tuned out applications). The second essential part of tribe activities are creation of marketing campaigns, sales support activities focused on deposits, investments, insurance products and pensions and also a solution development supported by new technologies. The third part of tribe business is creation of advisory tool for distribution (version for mobile and internet banking and advisors in branches). Trainee will work in area of activities related to new products development, launch of New Digital Bank and partly focus on sustainability of "old world". Trainee has an unique opportunity participate in launch of New Digital Bank in the Czech Republic and be a part of all related activities such as sequential client migration, complete marketing support, fulfilling business goals in changing environment etc.
Main responsibilities include:
- Assistance to Tribe Lead, Chapter Lead and Product Managers
- Processing and interpretation of business data
- Creation of presentations in English including Quarterly Business Review process
- Participation in meetings with Tribe Lead, core business meetings with distributions, business meetings with Amundi etc.
- Communication with SG and bringing themes from SG into Czech environments, comparing both sides and bringing ideas to broaden business scope
- Covering product development topic based on needs of Securing Life Projects
- Trainee will learn how to create customer journeys, personalized communication and value proposition
Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided. - Graduate with a Master degree (e.g. sociology)
- Having experience in UX design is an advantage
- You are interested in product management, service and product design, data processing and agile management
