We are looking for a freelancer Customer Success Manager that will cover the following responsibilities:
Be the voice of your customers.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, being their dedicated Success Manager, focusing on growing adoption, ensuring retention, expansion and satisfaction
Proactively engage with customers to understand their strategic goals, priorities, and desired business outcomes. Work with them to build and execute on a success plan and key performance indicators.
Provide coaching and best practices to improve the adoption of SnapCall and expand usage into new use cases
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing to address your customers’ needs.
Contribute to the creation of our Knowledge Base with new articles and videos.
Promotes new thinking that enables continuous development and improvement of our product and services.
Previous experience working in Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management or Account Management in a Software as a Service context (SaaS).
Experience with Zendesk (configuring chatbot, managing queues and views etc) is a huge plus
Fluency in written and spoken French and English is a must.
German is a plus.
This position is for remote workers in Poland, preferably in Kraków
