• Responsabilities

  • Keeping infrastructure up to date (Datacenter)

  • Regular updating of storage/backup infrastructures and software/tools

  • Keeping operating, project and support documentation up to date

  • Building and monitoring the various IT/business projects

  • Managing production incidents

  • Coordination of incidents with expertise from other areas if necessary and users

  • Analysis and identification of the root cause, proposal of an action plan

  • Resolving the incident by applying a patch

Technical skills

• Master’s degree or engineering diploma in computer science or other relevant field
