SINGULART is a young but ambitious startup, that wants to transform the experience of buying artworks online.

Our core mission? Empower artists and help them benefit from the opportunities of digital marketing.

Your mission at Singulart ?

The Team Leader will manage a squad of 4 to 7 Art Advisors who handle client requests around art for sale on SINGULART.com.

As our international teams have grown from 9 to 25 sales people in less than a year, we have organized the sales teams into regions and you will be in charge of the biggest "DACH" market (Germany (D), Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH)).

You will be working closely with the Head of Sales as well as other region's team leads to identify and implement levers for growth, scale and excellence.

The Team Leader is coordinating the who-does-what in order to build a strong team that works towards excellence.

The missions of your team are:

  • Overachieve sales targets by improving sales conversion, repeat purchase rate and customer satisfaction
  • Build an exclusive and personal relationship with germanophone art collectors that browse on SINGULART
  • Deliver word class customer experience standards for both art advisory and lead-to-sale activities
  • Your day to day role as Team Leader Client Success at SINGULART:

  • Hire, train, structure and develop your team
  • Track your team's success and define priorities using KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Grow a successful team and reach high objectives such as +80% yearly growth
  • Gather client insights and drive initiatives to attract new client groups - the sky is the limit
  • Implement processes, tools and functionalities that enhance the experience of SINGULART customers
  • Experience working in an environment of a high-potential scale-up
  • What you need:

  • 3 years+ experience in sales, preferable B2C with a proven track record of results
  • You already have worked on an international market in a startup company and digital environment
  • Ability to drive your team's performance with KPIs combined with a natural ability to diffuse your sales spirit
  • At least 1 year of experience in supervising a team or managing a team (at least 2 people)
  • Business fluency in English, German reading and listening capacities are an essential asset
  • Client insights or Luxury Goods, Art or Design industry knowledge is a plus
  • E-commerce experience is a strong plus
  • What you have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & sales acumen
  • You are a role model in how to manage a sales pipeline and client relations
  • First experience in team management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with Sales KPI definition and monitoring
  • Interest for the art market
  • All candidates must be willing to be full-time based in central Paris
