Stage - HR Assistant (3 or 6 months)

Join our innovative and fast-paced startup as an HR Assistant. In this internship, you will develop your skills in HR Administration Management and Talent Acquisition. You will assist with recruitment needs, CV screening, fit interviews, onboarding and offboarding processes, and visa-related processes for international employees. Missions clés

Assister les managers dans leurs besoins en recrutement, effectuer le tri des CV et réaliser des entretiens de présélection.

Apprendre à gérer les processus d'intégration et de départ, ainsi que les processus liés aux visas pour nos employés internationaux.

As we are currently expanding our teams, this internship will give you the opportunity to develop your skills on HR Administration Management & Talent & Acquisition. You will be handling hiring processes, international employees, interns, CDD and CDI contracts.

Job description

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager, you will develop your skills in the following areas:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Assist our Managers on their recruitment needs.

    • Do CV screening and fit interviews.

  • HR Admin:

    • You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Finance & HR on developing your HR Administration skills.

    • Learn how to manage onboarding and offboarding processes and Visa related processes for our international employees.

Profil recherché

  • Bac +3 minimum

Fluency in French and English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage.
