We are looking to onboard a Scrum Master within our Product team.

Your main task will be to take our development teams to the next level in the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices. More specifically, you will be in charge of:

• Guiding and coaching the team on Agile practices, empowering it to be self-organizing, autonomous and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Leading efficient Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Reporting Scrum progress to Product Owner and partnering with him/her to refine the product’s backlog throughout development.
• Calculating and tracking Agile performance metrics, identifying risks and impediments to team agility.
• Ensuring that they are remediated and promoting continuous improvement overall to achieve higher levels of performance
• Delivering products and releasing feature sets according to schedule, while being flexible to accommodate issues, new requirements, or client requests.

Please note that the job can be done remotely if you wish, but you will have to be in Caen (head office) frequently.

What we’re looking for in our Scrum Master:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3+ years of practical Agile experience.
• Proven expertise in Agile / Scrum principles and practices.
• Technical skills balanced with strong leadership skills, experience coaching teams with various levels of understanding of Agile methodology.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, develop detailed plans and effectively divide work.
• Communication and facilitation skills, especially creating an inclusive environment, giving clear instructions, practicing active listening, and adapting to different working/learning styles.
• Analytical skills to reflect on practices and continuously look for areas of improvement.
• Result-oriented approach and flexible mind, enjoying doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
• Positive team-player, thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Fluent spoken/written French and English.

Scrum Master certification, SAFE certifications or other advanced Agile certifications would be appreciated.
