Descriptif du poste

You will design, ship and optimise multi‑brand landing pages and inbound journeys. Using AI builders such as v0.dev and Lovable, along with WordPress and WeWeb, you’ll launch variants in hours —not weeks— and own the data that proves what works.

You’ll collaborate daily with two Growth Engineers, a Product Designer and the Content Manager. Together you’ll turn ideas into measurable conversion wins.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conversion‑driven design

  • Prompt v0/Lovable to generate page sections, refine in Figma, and publish in WordPress/WeWeb.

  • Prioritise hypotheses and run A/B or multivariate tests using Growthbook (or the platform you help us select).

Landing‑page & funnel optimisation

  • Map and streamline user journeys from ad click → free tool → demo request.

  • Pinpoint friction using Mixpanel, PostHog and Hotjar, then iterate.

Brand consistency for 3+ sub‑brands

  • Extend the design‑token library and maintain a brand guideline.

  • QA AI‑generated outputs for typography, colour, accessibility and tone.

Social & ad creatives

  • Produce LinkedIn visuals (static, carousel, lightweight motion) that lift CTR.

  • Support a 5‑posts‑per‑week cadence with the Content Manager.

Enablement & knowledge sharing

  • Document a CRO playbook in Notion and run a weekly 30‑min “Experiment stand‑up”

Profil recherché

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 3+ years designing conversion‑focused landing pages or e‑commerce flows.

  • Demonstrated ownership of A/B testing (Growthbook, Optimizely, Google Optimize or similar) and comfort with statistical significance.

  • Hands‑on with Mixpanel/PostHog cohort analysis and heat‑map tools.

  • Page Builder editing in WordPress/WeWeb; basic JavaScript a plus.

  • Fluent in prompt engineering for v0/Lovable or comparable AI tools.

  • French & Professional English.

Nice‑to‑Have :

  • Motion graphics (Lottie) for social posts.

  • Experience localising content for maritime and industrial niches.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot objects & automation (Growth Engineer can mentor you).
