At Sinay, we harness AI, big data, and maritime expertise to help the ocean industry operate more efficiently and sustainably. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales operations worldwide. You will manage the sales team, define go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with clients across maritime activities, offshore energy, environmental sectors, shipping and ports. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, open new markets, and ensure Sinay’s solutions create maximum impact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute Sinay’s sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to build a high-performance culture.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe and international markets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and account growth.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on market needs.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to adjust strategy.

  • Develop sales forecasts, KPIs, and pipeline management processes.

  • Represent Sinay at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.


Profil recherché

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B solution selling. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial skills, international experience, and the ability to inspire and lead teams. Experience in SaaS, tech and maritime-related industries will be a strong advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS, tech, maritime industry or engineering office.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of solution-based and consultative selling approaches.

  • Experience building and managing international sales teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven approach with strong command of CRM tools and sales analytics.

  • International experience and ability to work across diverse markets.

  • Passion for sustainability and innovation, aligned with Sinay’s mission.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Initial phone interview with Guillaume (Recruitment & Onboarding Manager)

  • Interviews with David (Managing Director), Yanis (Founder), and other members of the Executive Team

  • Possible technical assessment stage (depending on the role and profile)
