At Sinay, we leverage AI, data analytics, and maritime expertise to help the ocean industry become more efficient and sustainable. As Chief Revenue Officer, you will join the executive leadership team to define and execute a global sales strategy. You will oversee revenue generation across sales and partnerships, as well as coordinate closely with our engineering office to ensure that our technical solutions align with client needs. This role is key to driving strategic growth and scaling Sinay’s impact internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement Sinay’s revenue strategy to accelerate growth in the maritime tech and engineering sectors.
Align and lead Sales teams toward ambitious targets.
Collaborate closely with the engineering office to integrate technical insights into commercial strategies and proposals.
Drive market expansion across Europe and international maritime hubs.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with shipping companies, ports, energy firms, and governmental organizations.
Optimize pricing models, revenue forecasting, and sales operations to ensure scalability.
Represent Sinay in high-level industry events and forums to strengthen brand visibility.
Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and impact-driven growth.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic leader with a proven track record of scaling revenues in SaaS, tech, and/or engineering-driven companies. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with technical understanding, experience working with engineering teams, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. International experience and familiarity with complex B2B ecosystems are highly desirable.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles (Sales & Revenue)
Demonstrated success in driving growth for SaaS, tech, or engineering-driven solutions
Strong knowledge of B2B go-to-market strategies; experience in maritime, logistics, or engineering sectors is a plus
Experience collaborating with engineering teams (R&D) to align technical solutions with market needs
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire multicultural teams
Data-driven mindset with proven expertise in forecasting and revenue analytics
International experience and ability to navigate diverse markets
Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and sustainability
