Summary:
The Clinical Application Specialist will act as a field expert for the Sim&Cure product line in a clinical atmosphere, collaborating with physicians but also with medical device company representatives. The Clinical Application Specialist will report all activities to the EMEA Clinical & Education Manager and will work closely with Managers & local resources to build a strong relationship that enables to develop the territory and to ensure high level of clinical expertise about the product. The main mission of the Clinical Application Specialist is to contribute to the deployment of the Sim&Cure solution for the largest number of physicians, to improve patient’s care and to be involved in the business growth of the company.
 
Missions & Responsibilities:

• Provide educational and clinical support in response to field inquiries from Sim&Cure customers to support physicians and health care professionals.
• Sustain a high level of communication with the customers and the Clinical & Education Manager to ensure timely, high quality education and training on Sim&Cure products.
• Maintain medical device directive compliance and professionally represent the company in all customer interactions and communications.
• Support local or European congress, workshops and other marketing events as scheduled by the management.
• Install Sim&Cure products within clinical environments such as hospitals or physician laptops based on the customer needs.
• Develop, identify new opportunities and grow business within the territories.
• Work within accounts to optimize the use of Sim&Cure’s product line by ensuring customer confidence in Sim&Size technology through consistent and successful procedural performance.
• Troubleshoot internal software, IT, and Hospital based systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Participate in the development of the action plan relying on the field feedback you will have collected, deploy & monitor this plan with the aim of achieving the customer success KPIs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
·   [Radiographer / Application engineer or technician / Procedural nurse] with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare (preferably in Interventional Lab).
·   Knowledge of the radiology space environment is a plus.
·   Effective communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal. Strong situational awareness.
·   Ability to be easily contacted by customers and provide a quick support answer.
·   Ability to translate high technical information into clinical expertise and explanation.
·   Problem solver who can maintain composure and think critically in high pressure environments.
·   Ability to report accurately and effectively to management in a timely manner.
·   Ability to work with a good team spirit and collaborative with colleagues.
·   Must be PC literate with fundamental IT operations capability.
·   Excellent organizational skills.
·   Ability to prioritize and manage travel logistics, and complete associated administrative tasks in a timely manner.
·   Ability to travel up to 70%.
·   Fluent in English – German skills is a plus plus
