We are looking for our first full-time Senior Product Designer, continuing the work from previous strong freelance designers to help us to create and build the best platform experience and interface for our clients and maintain our Design System.
You will join the Product Team (3 Product Managers) within the Engineering Department (30 people), and report directly to Greg, our CTO, and co-founder. You will collaborate with 3 impact teams to handle their design need.
Each impact team includes four Software Engineers, one Product Manager, and one Data Analyst, and is focused on specific business missions (customer acquisition, conversion, or retention).
You will have full responsibility and ownership on design project management, from the discovery phase (assessment of product opportunities, workshop animation and facilitation, finding creative solutions, prototyping, iterating, etc.) to the delivery phase (pixel-perfect execution, delivery of designs, QA, etc.).
Use Figma to iterate on prototypes quickly,
Test assumptions with users and provide the team the most valuable design solutions for the given problem,
Work with each Product Manager on the discovery phase to assess product opportunities via a series of experiments (workshop sessions, user interviews, session replays, usage metrics, sales & customer support inputs, etc.),
Partner with PMs and engineers, overseeing the implementation of the user experience,
Actively iterate on the design system, and keep it maintained to make sure each new implementation is faster, more robust, and always coherent,
Deliver all ux copywriting for the 3 impact teams, or oversee suggestions for copy from others.
You’ll be the company’s product design specialist,
You’ll form a winning trio with the Product Managers and Engineering managers,
You’ll have easy access to our clients to get to know their pains and needs better, as we’re tackling essential problems to which they’re willing to grant some time,

You will meet with Florian, Brand Designer, and Ryan, Product Manager, for another 1-hour video call,
Finally, you will meet Greg, CTO, and co-founder, for 30 min video call.
