As the Paid Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to support the growth of our business in the French and Spanish markets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop effective acquisition strategies and generate qualified leads for our solutions.

What you will do at Signaturit 🚀

  • Define and implement paid search engine acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Analyze SEA campaign performance and take corrective actions to optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of allocated resources.
  • Create and test ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data using Looker Studio, GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, evaluating metrics such as CPC, CVR, CPL, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure alignment between organic and paid acquisition strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEA trends and propose innovative solutions.
  • What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing SEA campaigns, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proficient with SEA/SMA platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of campaign optimization (CPC, CPL, etc.).
  • Skilled in bid management tools and campaign automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make KPI-based decisions.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
