We’re looking to connect with people who thrive at the intersection of science, product, and business. You may have a background in:

• Strategy consulting or digital transformation

• Product or program management in a technical context

• Deeptech operations or business analysis

• Cross-functional roles in R&D-heavy teams

You enjoy shaping ideas, structuring work, guiding delivery, and making technical teams more effective. You’re not afraid of scientific complexity — you’re motivated by it.

• Experience in business strategy, product ops, or delivery in tech/deeptech

• Ability (and preferably experience) to work closely with both scientists and leadership

• Comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward clarity and execution

• Strong synthesis, coordination, and written communication skills

• Intellectual curiosity and long-term thinking

We’re currently not actively hiring, but want to engage with profiles who see themselves thriving in this kind of environment. Our next wave of hires may begin in early 2026, with some flexibility for exceptional fits.
