Shotgun is building the operating system for live music.
We empower event organizers, venues, festivals, and artists to grow their communities, monetize their creativity, and shape culture with tools that make ticketing effortless and distribution powerful.
We’re not just another ticketing platform. We are the tech ally of a cultural movement. In an age where, if you don’t master technology, technology will own you, we’re building the infrastructure to make sure art wins in the end.
Shotgun is already powering the next generation of festivals, clubs, and cultural entrepreneurs across France, Brazil, Portugal, and the US. With €200M+ GMV and millions of fans worldwide, we’re just getting started.
You will join the Marketing - Client facing team.
The Marketing team is responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients (festivals, clubs and touring partners) in increasing their visibility and driving ticket sales from strategy to execution as well as positioning Shotgun as a key actor of the scene through impactful campaigns.
We work hand in hand with our partners to build marketing strategies aligned with their objectives. Our role is to translate business goals into concrete action plans, activate the right channels (organic, paid, offline) and monitor performance.
Each Marketing Manager owns a defined portfolio and acts as the marketing referent for their accounts.
We collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, who own the commercial relationship and overall account strategy.
This is a highly client-facing role. You will be in direct and regular contact with partners, guiding them on how to structure their marketing efforts to maximize ticket sales and awareness. You are not simply executing campaigns, you are acting as a marketing partner.
This role sits at the intersection of client relationship, marketing strategy and execution .
You will support festivals and clubs, but touring will represent the majority of your focus.
You will build tailored marketing plans for each event, aligned with key milestones such as announcement, presale, general on-sale and last-minute pushes. You will identify the right balance between organic, paid and offline activations depending on the client’s objectives and budget.
You will co-build with clients their marketing plans, recommend the right activations and structure clear organic and paid roadmaps adapted to each project.
Organic marketing will be a core part of your role. This includes writing newsletters, segmenting, writing push notifications. Strong writing skills and a clear understanding of audience targeting are essential.
Paid campaigns will also be a key lever. You will launch and optimize digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), implement offline activations such as OOH campaigns, special operations, or media buys, working with agencies and external partners.
You will manage several projects simultaneously, often at different stages of their lifecycle. Strong prioritization and organizational skills are critical.
You ideally have 2–3 + years of experience in an agency or in a marketing role within a fast-moving environment. You’re used to working with clients and have a strong commercial mindset. You’re comfortable leading conversations, managing expectations and handling multiple stakeholders.
You enjoy building strategy , structuring marketing plans and recommending activations, but you also like being hands-on and executing campaigns yourself. You’re organized, responsive and able to prioritize effectively.
You like writing and know how to craft clear, impactful messaging across organic and paid channels.
Experience in live music or touring is a plus, but a strong interest in culture and music is essential.
Beyond skills, alignment with Shotgun’s culture matters a lot. We’re looking for someone proactive, engaged and ownership-driven. You are autonomous and comfortable working with different types of interlocutors from artists’ teams and producers to internal stakeholders. You like taking initiative and being a force of proposal.
Touring is one of Shotgun’s most strategic growth areas. Success in this role directly impacts revenue, market positioning and long-term partnerships.
This is a visible, high-responsibility role with direct commercial impact.
If you enjoy combining client interaction, marketing strategy and cultural projects this role is for you.
