Qui sont-ils ?

Shotgun est un outil permettant aux organisateurs d’évènements (festivals, clubs, collectifs, promoteurs, etc.) de développer leurs communautés via des outils marketing puissants. La mission de Shotgun est de permettre de connecter ces organisateurs avec les jeunes (et les moins jeunes) passionnés de musique d’acheter simplement leurs billets.

La start-up est née en 2014 et compte aujourd’hui plus de 2M d’utilisateurs et 1000 clients actifs.

Full-time CDI (or End-of-study internship) to start January 2022, in Paris.

Mission 👩💻👨💻

As Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the go-to ambassador of our organizers & team during week & week-ends. 

You will:

  • Answer event organizers' demands and requests via our support tool (Zendesk) and and outside of our support tool
  • Participate in improving the support tools and processes (documentation, FAQs, automations, etc.)
  • Report information to the concerned stakeholders and teams
  • Work closely with operations, success and sales teams

  • You already have 1-2 years work experience 
  • Your empathy is legendary and you genuinely love to help others
  • You know how to find the right words and the right solutions in any situation
  • You have an excellent proficiency in French speaking and writing 
  • You have a good level of English (Portuguese is a huge +)
  • You are a structured, organized and rigorous person
  • You are self-efficient, autonomous, and you don’t mind getting your hands dirty
  • You are eager to learn, and ready to commit to a fast growing startup

A first experience in customer service isn’t mandatory if you have the right mindset! Show us what you’ve got!
