Coordination of training tools and modules with brand holder Drunk Elephant in the US and the local markets EMEA. Implementation of the training policy within the EMEA perimeter, federate the training community in order to reach sales and marketing objectives in line with the brand strategy and HQ guidelines : 

 Mission 1: Assist in the development and implementation of the training strategy

 Mission 2: Responsible for coordination of training tools, training modules, digital content

 Mission 3: Develop and support the EMEA training community

Mission 4: Manage the training pathway of new training managers

Mission 5: Support and collaborate with the marketing team

Mission 6: To Develop incentives to capture mindset of Generic Beauty Consultant

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Retail/Cosmetic within in a region
• School of Training/Communication, Graduate Business School
• Know the markets, products and cosmetic environment,
• Know how to do oral and written communication,
• Master Pack office
• Languages: English and French.
