Shipup entered a very strong growth phase in June 2020 thanks to a 6m€ series A: We started 2021 with 33 full-time employees and aim to grow to a team of 68 one year from now.
The pandemic has led to massive growth in e-commerce, which means we need to hire to keep up !
Today we have a robust product: the challenge is accelerating on the acquisition side with our incredible sales team but also creating an efficient sales organization, processes, and tools.
We’re recruiting a VP Sales to scale the commercial activity by coordinating our sales teams for Europe, based in Paris.
Our Sales department today and by the end of 2021 :

BDR team of 5
Account Executive team of 4
To be hired this year:
2 additional sales teams of 5 each
1 Sales Ops Manager to be hired this year
⇒ 21 people to manage altogether by the end of 2021.
This is a strategic position with multiple challenges: very varied B2B targets, sales of a complex SaaS product, highly solicited target profiles (Marketing director, Head of supply chain) and still a lot to build and invent!
Reporting to Romain, our CEO, you will own our Sales department for our different markets in Europe, in an english speaking environment. It will be up to you to structure the different squads (existing and new ones).
Define and implement effective client acquisition strategies, working closely with our Marketing team.
Oversee strategy and execution of the entire sales funnel between our BDR and AE teams.
Manage the P&L : Report and analyze the commercial performance of your department to the Co-founders.
Structure and grow the sales department to support our ambitious targets (our Sales department will double in 2021 in number of people and has to more than double in terms of acquisition): recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, career development, etc.
Develop a top-performing Sales department. We’re looking for a manager that will boost people and guide them to drive growth!
