As Country Sales Lead, you’ll be the face of the brand, owning sales strategy, execution, and performance. This is a high-impact role that blends leadership, commercial acumen, and cross-functional excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow our Italian business.

• Be the commercial and public face of SharkNinja in Italy, strengthening partnerships with key retailers and customers

• Localise and execute global strategies, ensuring Italy’s voice is heard across the organisation

• Drive results across multiple channels, protecting brand visibility and integrity

• Navigate Italian regulatory requirements, ensuring full legal and policy compliance

• Champion our high-performance, inclusive culture, inspiring engagement and delivery at every level

What You Bring

• 10+ years in commercial leadership or general management, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or tech

• Deep understanding of the Italian retail and consumer landscape

• A track record of building and scaling high-impact teams

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed global environments
