As the Affiliates and CRM Manager at SharkNinja, you will be instrumental in driving growth and performance in the French market by implementing and managing strategies for the Affiliates and CRM channels. This role requires leveraging innovative opportunities and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand advocacy and customer lifetime value.

What will you do:

  • Create and implement a strategic plan for the Affiliates channel aimed at driving growth in the French market.
  • Oversee and execute Affiliates activities with a best-in-class approach, including hands-on and network management.
  • Report on performance metrics against forecasts and KPIs at various intervals.
  • Foster profitable relationships with key affiliate partners and diversify publisher and vertical mix.
  • Engage and develop relationships with the affiliate network AWIN.
  • Identify, test, and implement innovative growth opportunities for the channel.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including eCommerce, Marketing, Commercial, Conversion, and Creative teams.
  • Develop French automated CRM campaigns for retargeting, cross-selling, and reactivation to drive CLV and brand advocacy.
  • Define and develop campaign briefs in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Social, and Design teams.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify campaign performance drivers and develop optimization plans.

What will you have:

  • Significant experience in developing multi-channel and automated CRM programs, preferably in a multi-brand or international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the French affiliate market, ideally with retail experience.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships easily.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter with curiosity and ambition to test new ideas.
  • Highly commercial with the ability to prioritize high-value initiatives and create robust campaign plans.
  • Proactive, self-driven, with strong team ethics and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and aggregate complex items effectively.
  • Fluent in French and English
