Post-Doctoral Fellow in Proteogenomics (H/F)
Are you passionate about advancing treatments for neurological diseases?
We are seeking a highly motivated Proteogenomics Scientist to join our dynamic research team. You will produce and integrate genomics and proteomics data to design next-generation antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) drug candidates, uncover disease mechanisms, and identify biomarkers for our neuroscience rare diseases research programs.
Why Join Us?
- Innovative Research: Producing and integrating genomics and proteomics data remains a major bottleneck in designing effective ASO drug candidates. While several approaches have been identified, they require further optimization for clinical application.
- Impactful Work: Contribute to groundbreaking research that has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of neurological diseases.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including chemists, pharmacologists, toxicologists, and other scientists, to ensure the alignment and integration of research findings.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute proteogenomic experiments to analyze the relationship between genetic variations and protein expression.
- Develop and optimize protocols for sample preparation, data acquisition, and analysis using advanced proteomics and genomics technologies.
- Perform data integration and analysis using bioinformatics tools to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
- Prepare and present scientific findings in internal meetings, conferences, and publications.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in proteogenomics and related fields, and apply innovative techniques to enhance research outcomes.
