Post-Doctoral Fellow in Proteogenomics (H/F)

Are you passionate about advancing treatments for neurological diseases?
We are seeking a highly motivated Proteogenomics Scientist to join our dynamic research team. You will produce and integrate genomics and proteomics data to design next-generation antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) drug candidates, uncover disease mechanisms, and identify biomarkers for our neuroscience rare diseases research programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize protocols for sample preparation, data acquisition, and analysis using advanced proteomics and genomics technologies.
  • Perform data integration and analysis using bioinformatics tools to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
  • Prepare and present scientific findings in internal meetings, conferences, and publications.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in proteogenomics and related fields, and apply innovative techniques to enhance research outcomes.

 


Profil recherché

Description du profil :

 

Profile:

  • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field, with a specialization in Proteomics, and Multiomics including Genomics.
  • Extensive experience with proteomics and genomics technologies, including mass spectrometry, next-generation sequencing, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and programming languages for data integration and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetics, and protein chemistry.
  • Knowledge in neurosciences is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with researchers from various disciplines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills to overcome experimental and analytical challenges.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to technological and methodological advancements in the field of proteomics and transcriptomics.
