We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to join our international sales team based in Paris.

Based in Paris, you will report to the Sales Director and lead a team of international Account Executives focused on driving Brevo’s growth across Europe.

This is a key front-line leadership role: you’ll combine hands-on sales execution with people management and coaching, helping your team hit their targets while maintaining high motivation and operational excellence.

Your impact at Brevo:

  • Lead and develop an international AE team (english and spanish speakers), driving consistent quota attainment and individual growth.
  • Coach, inspire, and empower your team through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and actionable feedback.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy defined with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product teams.
  • Monitor and manage pipeline health: ensure strong forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, and deal progression.
  • Support full-cycle sales execution - from prospecting to closing - ensuring best practices and customer excellence.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team and across regions.
  • Champion Brevo’s values and culture, creating an environment of trust, transparency, and performance.
  • Who you are:

  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in MarTech/SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years in sales management or team leadership, with proven success in leading AEs or inside sales teams.
  • Experience managing international teams (English-speaking markets a must; Spanish or other European languages a plus).
  • Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles, with full ownership from lead to close.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Skilled in CRM use, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Comfortable in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
