Our mission is to empower all companies with the tools they need to build stronger customer relationships and grow their business through meaningful interactions.We have a team of 400 employees representing over 40 nationalities spread across five offices located in Paris, Berlin, Delhi, Seattle and Toronto.We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to identify & leverage growth opportunities through Sendinblue’s agency program.  This is a very strategic position for Sendinblue and you will have an opportunity to make a direct impact on the bottom line of the company. You will be part of the growth marketing team & play a pivotal role in one of the highest potential channels.The job requires frequent and qualitative interactions with different teams both internally and with partner agencies and companies. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of growth & partnerships, sales & customer support, product, operations and others to deliver new revenue. It is an incredibly diverse & cross-functional position, critical to Sendinblue’s acquisition & retention.Responsibilities

  • Continue building and improving the program to make it more feature-rich & appealing to digital agencies around the world
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with partners to leverage the partnership in the best possible way
  • Improve our acquisition from active agencies (actively bringing customers) by working on activation and nurturing sequences
  • Launch and optimise (co-) marketing campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing & branding teams to drive acquisition
  • Dig into the partner experience and advocate for those across Sendinblue & partners’ product and operations teams
  • Profile

  • You have 3+ years of working experience in marketing, or product development and a degree in a corresponding field
  • Customer oriented: you know how to build and optimize funnels, and you can identify friction points
  • Data-driven & results-oriented: you’re comfortable with data analysis & data visualization tools and able to build your own reporting
  • Great negotiation skills: you’ll be interacting with founders & executives on a very regular basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication: this is a cross-functional role, where you’ll be interacting with very different teams (product, operations, marketing, sales, …)
  • Highly positive attitude and ability to build conducive working relationships with colleagues from all levels
  • Excellent English and strong experience in a multicultural environment 
  • Previous experience in SaaS or in the tech industry is a plus
  • Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies is a plus
  • Fluency in French and/or German is a plus
