The BDR team is the cornerstone of Sendinblue’s Revenue Team. BDRs are in charge of managing all leads received from the marketing and management team.
As the BDR Team Lead, you’ll report directly to the BDR Manager and you’ll be a major contributor to Sendinblue's success in the enterprise segment.
The primary function of the role is to help the team to grow and improve performances, through coaching and reporting. The goal is to help each individual contributor of your team to achieve results. Another part of the role is to actively work as a BDR, managing inbound leads and qualifying potential SQL for the Account Executive team.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be in charge of improving the team’s results by overseeing the BDR team and helping them to manage leads and opportunitiesYou'll work with the Head of BDR and the Revenue Management team, to implement improvements in the lead management strategyResponsible for coaching and improving the team’s sales skill set, from pitching to CRM managementHold regular, one-to-one meetings with team members to evaluate progress and discuss points of improvementWork with other Team Leads to unify the strategy and work together on the same global goalsWork as BDR, managing inbound leads and reaching monthly targetsUnderstand the various value propositions of Sendinblue and our products to be able to generate interest and curiosity from our prospectsManage a sales cadence with activities such as calls and emailsSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesPreferred Experience and Requirements:
You have at least 2 years of proven sales experience ideally in the B2B SaaS areaExcellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and FrenchYou have outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyBeing proactive and demonstrating a hands-on mentalityStrong interest in new technologiesActive listener, curious, autonomous, you are ambitious and would like to actively participate in the Sendinblue growthExperience with email marketing or online marketing software a plusExperience with Salesforce and G Suite a plusBenefits:
