We are seeking an experienced and driven BDR Manager to lead our global outbound efforts. This role is pivotal in strengthening our market presence and building a world-class pipeline generation engine.
You will be the architect of our prospecting strategy, a mentor to our rising talent, and a key driver of our international growth. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and coach a global team of BDRs. Foster a high-performing culture grounded in accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
Ecosystem-Led Outbound: Leverage our technical alliances and MDR partnership ecosystem to build contextualized campaigns. You will translate our strategic alliances into actionable messaging that resonates with specific buyer personas.
Partner Enablement Support: Design and execute “sell-with” campaigns tailored for our MDR partners. You will help them articulate the joint value proposition to their own prospects, effectively acting as an extension of their growth engine.
Strategic Playbooks & Replication: Build scalable outbound playbooks targeting C-level decision-makers. Identify successful patterns in specific regions (e.g., specific verticals or messaging winning in France) and systemize them for replication in new international markets.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Alliances Team to ensure a seamless bridge between lead generation, partner strategy, and revenue goals.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and report on key metrics (outreach volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution). Use these insights to optimize the funnel.
Innovation: Identify and test new prospecting tools, workflows, and AI-driven strategies to increase team efficiency.
Reporting: Provide weekly performance updates to leadership, proactively flagging risks and identifying new market opportunities.
📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.
🤩 We are excited to meet you if :
Experience: 5 years+ in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the Cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring BDR teams, with a proven ability to develop early-career talent.
Ecosystem Fluency: Demonstrated ability to understand complex partner ecosystems (MSSP, MDR, Integrators). You know how to build campaigns that aren’t just “direct-to-customer” but also leverage the credibility of our alliance network.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, SOC operations, and complex B2B sales cycles.
Analytical Agility: A track record of analyzing regional data to identify “winning signals” and operationalizing those insights across broader teams/geographies.
Tech Stack: Proficient with Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern intent data tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communicator capable of motivating teams and engaging persuasively with senior stakeholders.
Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
Language: Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a strong plus).
