Discover the site and our activities in this video:Electropole, le site R&D grenoblois de Schneider Electric, recrute !Your role :You will work across the division's entire portfolio (home automation apps and software, connected circuit breakers, communication gateways, etc.). This position is essential to ensure our products comply with cybersecurity and data protection standards.You will support the development of resilient and cybersecure products by collaborating with our R&D teams (software, embedded software, and systems). You will also influence product investment plans and help build trust with customers and authorities.Your missions :
- Deploy Schneider Electric's Secure Development Lifecycle program and conduct Formal Cybersecurity Reviews (FCSR).
- Address cybersecurity and data protection requirements in compliance with customer and regulatory expectations.
- Perform risk assessments on offers, systems, and application services, propose mitigation actions, and ensure compliance.
- Raise awareness of cybersecurity regulations (e.g., RED DA, CRA, EU Data Act) to guide R&D investment decisions.
- Lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives within the product line.
- Support product teams in defining security requirements and applying best practices in design, automation, and tool selection.
Your profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or cybersecurity.
- At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles:
- Including technical roles as part of that experience.
- A CISSP certification would be highly valued.
- Experience conducting audits and development reviews.
- Experience in risk assessments, threat modeling, and defining security requirements in product development contexts.
Your skills :
- Ability to collaborate and influence in English (spoken and written) at C1 level is essential in our international R&D environment.
- Strong knowledge of technical and IT requirements related to cybersecurity and privacy by design: you are comfortable working closely with developers!
- A certification in cybersecurity governance or data privacy (e.g., CISM, CIPP, CIPM) would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, NIST CSF).
