The electronics team at the Line of Business Digital Factory works on modular systems that include power products (low-power supplies), PLC products (programmable logic controllers used in industrial automation), and input-output modules (digital). These products must operate over wide temperature ranges: -25° to +70° Celsius for more than 20 years on customer premises, 24 hours a day, without ever failing.Your role: We're looking for an Analog and Digital Electronics Engineer with a specialization in low-level firmware to join our innovative team. Reporting to the Hardware, Technical Manager (Thibaut) and working in a team of 17 people, you will be responsible for the design, development and optimization of electronic circuits and associated firmware for various applications.Your missions:
- Design and develop analog and digital electronic designs.
- Develop and optimize low-level firmware on MCU targets.
- Master PLC operating modes.
- Develop PLC power management in FW (PowerManagerUnit) and HW (HotSwap) modes, with mastery of redundancy aspects.
- Carry out simulations, tests and debugging to guarantee system performance and reliability.
- Carry out technical electronic and environmental checks (EMC, EMI)
- Master the automation of laboratory instruments for unit testing.
- Write technical reports, document design and development processes.
- Participate in technical problem solving and continuous product improvement.
Your profile:- Engineering degree in electronics, computer science or related field.
- Significant experience in electronic circuit design and low-level firmware development.
Your competences:- Proficiency in CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools and simulation software.
- In-depth knowledge of low-level programming languages (C, assembler, Python, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Analytical and rigorous mind, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical and professional English
