At the Clamart site, we develop, manufacture, and provide after-sales service for oil exploration and well testing equipment used worldwide. SLB is now looking for a Customer Service Apprentice.
Are you a dynamic salesperson who likes to coordinate? Customer Service is surely for you! Your mission will be:
• International Communication: Ensure effective communication with external and internal clients on an international scale. Respond to inquiries, clarify needs, and ensure smooth communication.
• Management of International Logistics Flows: Collaborate with planning, supply chain, and distribution teams to coordinate and monitor international logistics flows, ensuring products reach customers on time.
• Customer Request Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Internal Interface: Ensure seamless interfacing with internal teams, including production, planning, supply chain, and distribution. Ensure customer information is accurately and timely communicated.
• Production Demand Management and Tracking: Track production demands, ensure they are correctly recorded and planned, and guarantee production deadlines are met to meet customer expectations.
Desired profile: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Customer Support or equivalent or pursuing a Master’s degree in Business School or Sales / Customer support / Supply chain / Transport and Logistics)
To fulfill these missions, the sought-after skills are:
1. Technical skills:
o Proficiency in Microsoft tools o Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus o Knowledge of customer relations principles and after-sales service procedures
2. Other skills:
o Excellent communication skills in French and English (advanced level, minimum B2) to explain complex results clearly and understandably.
o Curiosity and desire to continuously learn new skills and techniques related to data analysis.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and time management skills.
