WHY WE NEED YOU?
Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales team to support our strategic expansion in the Nordic region.
Your mission will be to identify and engage with key accounts in Sweden and across the Nordics in order to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives and contribute to our international business growth.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a team of 11 people, working closely with Account Executives as a duo to develop a strong pipeline in your territory.
The team is led by Pilar Balhadere and organized around a Manager, a Team Lead, and Inside Sales Representatives. Each ISR is assigned 200 strategic target accounts and works with sales architects and AEs to engage them through multi-channel outreach.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, and social selling
• Manage email campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Map accounts and identify key stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives on territory planning and deal strategy
• Use tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, Lusha, Humanlinker, and Confluence to manage your activity
• Track progress and report performance on your accounts
• Participate in team-based prospecting initiatives and events
• Continuously learn about Scaleway’s offerings and cloud industry trends
• Engage with technical teams when needed to address prospect needs
• Maintain a hunting and growth-oriented mindset
