We are looking for an Event Manager to support the marketing team during the maternity leave of our current Event Manager.

Work Place: Carrières Sur Seine (78)

Contract: CDD – 6,5 months (from August 1st, 2023 to Middle of February 2024)

Salary: Depending on experience

What do we propose ?

Reporting to our Marketing and Communication Director, you will be in charge of the full preparation of the company booths on international trade shows (90%), of the team-building activities, and other moments of conviviality in the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize the company's presence on international trade shows (B2B events) - booking the exhibition space, ordering furniture for the booth, ordering badges for the team onsite, preparing and sending the material to the exhibition site, and any other activities necessary for the smooth running of the event, etc.

• Manage the communication regarding the company's participation to trade shows on our different communication channels (SBG website, social networks, newsletters, magazines,...).

• Organize webinars on various topics such as products and markets of the company.

• Manage the exhibition material (maintenance of the stands, of the brochure stocks,...)

• With the help of the external graphic designer, supervise specific graphic creations (booth visuals, eblasts, flyers, and goodies design).

• Organize internal company events in collaboration with the HR department.

• Make a report of each event (financial reports, number of leads, participants feedbacks,...).

• You have a master's degree in event management, communication, marketing or a related field of study.

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in event management.

• Fluent English spoken and written (daily working language).

• You are organized, rigorous and able to work independently on several projects at the same time.
