AN INTERN – BUSINESS DATA ANALYST(M/F)

Location: Campus Val de Bièvre - Gentilly (94)

Assignment:

Within the Procurement-External Manufacturing Department of Opella Healthcare Group and in connection with your tutor, you will support the daily activity of the service.

In this context, your roles will be to:

• Collaborate and provide support to Procurement and Business teams,
• Contribute to the innovation and sustainable development projects,
• Manage direct contacts with external subcontractors,
• Curate data to meet business planning, category strategy, RFx, negotiations, supplier engagement and reporting,
• Develop executive presentations, reporting and dashboards,
• Collaborate with category managers to build an understanding of category strategy, supplier markets, & processes and generate effective and credible proof points and insights,
• Support project tracking management for the Procurement team,
• Support and assist with various key initiatives to drive continuous improvements and meet business requirements,
• Support scorecard development and implementations against objectives to generate shared value between organizations,
• Market analysis and reporting.

Required profile:

You are looking for an internship contract of 6 months, starting from January to April 2023 as part of a training of level BAC + 4/5, specialized in Data analysis in University, Business School, Engineering School or Faculty of Pharmacy.

You are very comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, especially with VBA. You are familiar with ERP data extraction, Data Vusualization and Story Telling expertise.

Part of an international environment, you are fluent in English and, you can write and hold a conversation with non-French speakers.
