Supply Chain Planner

About the Opportunity

New internal opportunity has become available as Supply Chain Planner. In this role you are responsible for the execution of relevant supply chain activities (Planning, Tolling & Financial movements, Physical movements) to ensure delivery of products On-Time & In-Full within our Specialty Care External Supply organization. You will be part of the Supply Chain team which is responsible from interaction with E2E global planning team till delivery of finished goods to the distribution centers. Activities pertaining to logistics, artworks, master data management, trade compliance and all transactional tasks with CMOs / CLOs are required to be timely carried out in order to consistently achieve the OTIF and inventory level objectives at an optimized cost.

In this role you will…

• Interact with Global Supply Chain (under the S&OP process) to perform Demand & Supply alignment
• Support APT lead in building scenarios that best serve the unconstrained demand plan
• Contribute to set-up and operate both physical and financial product flows in SAP Shift
• Manage relevant Supply Chain Operations activities in SAP Shift from contracts and purchase orders creation till good receipt after CMO manufacturing-Create Contracts & Purchase Orders-Maintain BOM-Perform Goods Receipts (GR), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), …-Perform Conversion (e.g. from SF into FG at CMO location)
• Coordinate CMO & 3PL (warehouses, transport providers, …) Inbound & Outbound products traffic
• Build monthly inventory reports and run inventory reconciliation
• Provide Supply chain planning KPIs and maintain performance dashboards
• Serve & contribute as a substantial subject matter expert resource and participates in regular business meetings to prepare and provide business groups general guidance and support over Supply Chain topics
• Troubleshooting and able to find creative solutions based on a solid understanding of the relevant processes to ensure a high supply performance

About you

Qualifications/ Education & work experience

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain (or any relevant field such as Business Operation, etc.)
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing pharmaceutical Supply Chain environment or in a comparable position within a similar business environment (FMCG)
• Excellent knowledge & mastery of SAP is a must; strong knowledge of MS office tools required
• Knowledge of Supply Network Planning, Demand Management, Manufacturing processes and principles like CMO, forecast accuracy, OTIF etc.
• Good analytical capabilities, able to set priorities and to navigate autonomously complex and ambiguous environment
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Fluent in English. Any additional European language (such as Dutch) are a plus
